Weight Loss Day...uh...screw it

Yes I already lost track of the days. But it's ok because I wont be posting every day anyway.
So I weighed myself today. I started off bad. This weekend was full of junk food, BBQs and Mountain Dew. Oh and someone dropped off a dozen Crispy Creams. And on top of that I haven't been keeping a food diary like I should be doing. So on top of my goal to cut the crap, I also want to be at 80% food logging. I am using MyFitnessPal to do all my logging. If you're on there add me krazykarl4.
Now even with all the crap this weekend and whatnot I still managed to lose 4 lbs. I'm not going to get too excited because I know that my body will flux 5 lbs over the course of a week, but still when I was expecting a larger number it was nice to see it down.
