Goal 1....Lets call it complete

Ok so my first goal of cutting out soda so far is successful. I will just call that one complete. I mean even before I set the goal I wasn't really that huge of a soda drinker. 

Goal Two - Move more.

Since I decided to lose weight I have been bad about getting out and moving. I considered walking the dog to the end of the block enough. So I want to go for a real walk with the dog everyday starting this week. Today after Lexi got on the bus instead of walking back home I just kept going. So this morning I went for a 2.5 mile walk and burned off 350 calories. 

Current weight 288lbs (yes it went up)
